Questions regarding payment issues of any sort including past due payments, improperly applied payments and late charges, please contact  accounts receivable.

Co-owners are responsible for all maintenance to the inside of their condo.  Please do not ask our maintenance men to do any of these repairs while on RVCA time.
Most know by now that Redford Villa has replaced our management company once again.  Kramer-Triad Management was replaced by John P. Carroll Co., Inc. as of March 20, 2013, and J. P. Carroll was replaced by COMPASS MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS chosen to help with the management of Redford Villa by the Board of Directors.
 
Our Community Association Manager will implement the decisions made by the Board of Directors.  They will also attend board meetings and general Co-owner meetings.
